Founded in 1955, FACSEA is a non-profit organization with a mandate to promote French culture in American schools, colleges, universities and cultural institutions.

Housed by the French Embassy in New York and overseen by a Board of Trustees, FACSEA is involved in cultural projects in all the various disciplines and works in close partnership with the Cultural Services on ongoing programs as well as special projects. The mission of FACSEA is that of supporting contemporary creative work and in addition to the promotion of French culture in the United States, French-American cultural exchange is now of equal importance.

Soon FACSEA will become FACE, the French American Cultural Exchange

SCHOLARSHIP
The 2004/2005 FACSEA scholarship program will not be offered this spring. Please check back with us in the fall of 2004.
